India ranks 85th on the Henley passport ranking index, out of 199 passports in Q2.

India slipped 2 places in the Q2 ranking this year compared to Q1.

In Q1, Rank of India was 83rd.

The index includes 199 different passports and 227 different destinations.

The rankings is based on the data provide by International Air Transport Association.

Japan and Singapore top the list of being the most powerful passports

The visa-free score of both countries (Japan and Singapore) is 192.

 Indian passport holders have visa-free or visa-on-arrival facilities in 59 countries. 

Indian passport is in the same position as the passports of Mauritania and Tajikistan.

Afghanistan’s passport is the least powerful in the world.

 Afghanistan ranked last at 112nd position with access to only 26 countries.
