Laadli Behna Scheme: Know the Key features and application process!

The chief minister of Madhya Pradesh, Shivraj Singh Chouhan, unveiled the “Laadli Behna” Yojana. 

Under Laadli Behna yajana qualified women will get 1,000 rupees every month in support. 

The program has launched, and beneficiaries have until April 30 to apply. The benefits will start on June 10 after the final list of beneficiaries is released on May 31. 

Every month on the 10th, the money will be credited to the accounts.

Laadli Behna Yojana benefits women between the ages of 23 and 60 who own less than 5 acres of land or make less than 2.5 lakhs annually.

To apply for the Laadli Bahna Yojana, applicants are not need to present an income certificate or proof of local residency.

The Aadhar card and Samagra ID will be the only documents needed, the Vidisha District Collector said via his Twitter account.

 CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan shared a video on Twitter explaining the Laadli Behna application process. 

He mentioned that a team of employees will visit every village and ward in the state to help women fill out the form, eliminating the need for them to travel anywhere.
