In our recent work, we have obtained compact multiple integral formulas for various physical spin correlation functions in the semi-infinite XXZ chain, where a longitudinal boundary magnetic field is present. Our formulae are the result of several effective resummations of the multiple integral representations for the elementary blocks derived in our earlier paper (I).
Additionally, we have calculated the local magnetization and density of energy profiles in the free fermion point. These quantities display Friedel-type oscillations due to the presence of the boundary, and their amplitudes are dependent on the boundary magnetic field, decaying algebraically with the distance from the boundary. These findings provide valuable insights into the behavior of spin chains under external magnetic fields and boundary conditions.
